Review: The Alchemyst
The Alchemyst by Michael Scott My rating: 5 of 5 stars From seeing all of the reviews based on this book I could see that many people did not like the main premise of the story. But I would have to contrast from all of their perspectives because in reality I truly did enjoy the book and the plot that it was giving off. I would have to say that in the beginning I was a bit confused of how the story plot was going but then the way that it starting to maneuver down the path it really made sense and made it very enjoyable. I would like to see that the way that Josh reacted in all of this situation was pretty normal for how a normal child would see in the face of supernatural things. He first started off in such joy of superheroes and all their great work but then in the face of it all he couldn’t believe it and he was like in shock and denial of it all happening.
